Le Teck

This project with 350-rental units located on the site of the former Laval recreation center, the mandate consisted of designing the interior of the common spaces for the two future buildings.

These buildings include three lobbies, two lounge areas, a gym, and three outdoor pools with roof terraces. The chic, modern design defines the identity of the premises, creating harmony and a reminder of the real estate development trends in the local Laval market.
