Blum Brossard Phase 2
Located adjacent to Phase 1, Blüm Phase 2’s architectural concept consists of splitting the built volume and treating each of them with an alternation of contrasting materiality in order to integrate the building into a heterogeneous environment of varying scale.
The Phase 2 building is connected by a glazed, two-storey volume that includes the common areas of the units. The entrances are distinct for each wing of the project and harmonize with the same treatment as the central volume.
