Blum Brossard Phase 1

Adding to its existing portfolio, Blüm Brossard will join previously established locations in Sainte-Julie and Longueuil, QC.
Following a similar approach, this project establishes a new level for occupant experience in order to offer a competing product with neighbouring rental buildings built in Brossard and elsewhere in Montreal’s South Shore.

The building consists of two 6-storey inverted T-shaped volumes linked by a 2-storey fully glazed lobby. This volumetric approach makes it possible to exploit the particular geometry of the lot while breaking it up at street level to reduce impression of mass.
